Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to stays booked with BIL SURF, Plage Aghroud, N1, Tamri 80502, Morocco. By sending a booking request you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Booking requests and confirmation
Sending the booking form, a WhatsApp message or an email is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed once we confirm availability for your dates in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Please check that the dates, number of guests and contact details you give us are correct.
2. Prices and what is included
Prices are per person for 7 nights, in euros, as shown on our Packages page at the time we confirm your booking. What is included depends on the package you choose (accommodation, meals, surf lessons, equipment and transport to the surf spots).
Airport transfer from Agadir Al Massira Airport is not included in the packages. It is available on request for an extra charge, which we confirm when you book.
3. Payment
No deposit is required to book. The full amount is paid on arrival, by:
- cash (euros or Moroccan dirhams);
- bank card at the surf house;
- or bank transfer before your arrival, if you prefer.
If you would like to pay another way, just ask us.
4. Arrival and departure
Please send us your arrival and departure times (and flight details if you need a transfer) at least a few days before your stay, so we can welcome you.
5. Surfing and safety
- Surfing is a physical sport that involves risk. You must be able to swim and you must follow the instructions of our instructors at all times.
- Surf spots and lesson times depend on waves, tides and weather. Our instructors choose the safest spot for your level each day, and if conditions make a session unsafe we will reschedule it during your stay where possible.
- Please tell us before your stay about any medical condition or injury that could affect your surfing.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical costs, surfing and trip cancellation.
7. At the surf house
We share our house with travellers from all over the world. Please respect the other guests, the team, the neighbours and the beach, and take care of the boards and wetsuits we lend you.
